Who sells it

Brisebois' Boards is sold by KEBERDS, British Columbia, Canada.

The price

You pay the price shown on the product page, plus the shipping you choose at checkout, in Canadian dollars. Canadian prices include tax: nothing is added on top at checkout.

Paying

You pay in full when you order, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe. We never see your card number. The charge shows on your card statement as GROUNDERS.APP.

When it ships

Your board is built and shipped in the order received. Shipping goes by Canada Post. US orders go by Canada Post with the US duties already paid, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Changing your mind

Cancel any time before your board ships for a full refund within 5 business days. To cancel, email support@brisebois.xyz with your order number.

If it is late

Your board is built and shipped in the order received. If it hasn't shipped 30 days after you ordered, we email you and you choose a full refund or keep waiting.

Returns

Return the board within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition, for a refund; buyer pays return shipping. For the return address, email support@brisebois.xyz with your order number.

Warranty

Defects repaired or replaced for a year.
